HOW TO SUSTAIN ACTIVITY OF OUR DAILY ROUTINE

 How To Sustain Activities of our Daily Routine

1. Drink water soon after waking up for about 2 liters of water.

2. Don't spit you saliva in the early morning which had lot of reproductive energy.

3. Do some body  exercises like yoga Dhyana and meditation.

4. Do some spiritual stuffs like sacrificing your god something natural way by praying god regularly. Praying to god is one of the success plan for sustaining activity of our daily routine.

5. Read books which are rated more in online stores like which are having much IQ levels and which gives much knowledge. Like you start in day 1 reading 16 pages by completing a month you finish the whole book at any cost.

6. Each month begin reading  different magazines , newspapers and also watch some YouTube videos which gave a particular knowledge on your subjective goals. Like it gives much knowledge in practical fields.

7. during weekends or holidays ty to make an art of something and play music with or without instruments or using your vocals helps to regain your dedication towards your goals.

8. everyday perform a habit of gym or cycling or skipping with a nylon thread may help you for a body growth and development.

9. don't waste your afternoon timings with sleep if you are tired drink some water with jaggery in your mouth which helps in improving digestion.

10. If you are out of interest counts of 1 to 100 or 1 to 10 for a short period of time may give you interest. you can count opposite way to improve your IQ level usually it takes 5 minutes if you spend it.

11. play some games which are of brain games for using computer or physically exercised games like football, volleyball, throw-ball, hand ball, rugby etc,. which gives you more strength in physical body development.

12. At evening attend the call of your relatives , neighbors or friends you can help them by giving such ideas which helps to estimate yourself.

13. travelling seems getting rid of boring sometimes have  a vacationer trip to nearest areas like temple visit, church, famous monuments , zoo visits, clubs, clubhouses, or getting into swimming clubs will help you regaining your interest towards your actual goals.

14. your daily routine seems to be adjusted with other useful works. remember this point for your daily success which arises in your lifetime.
